PC v.s. Xbox

I have friends that come over a lot, and I wanted to get the game and play it with them sometime. I’m just wondering if I should get it for PC or Xbox. I like PC better, but the co-op seems difficult to set up. Xbox seems like it’d be a lot easier, but the controls seem like they’d be more difficult (correct me if I’m wrong). What would you recommend?

Eh, if you play PC, more likely you'll play using Xbox controller as well. The default scheme for PC is Keyboard only, and for Player 1. I'd wager playing on an Xbox is better, since this game is designed with local co-op in mind.

Xbox seems like it has longer loading times but I may be wrong. I suppose that also depends on the hard drive you have.

Xbox version has terribly long loading times. Watching Easy Allies stream the game also crash on Xbox. But the loading time is a real issue for this game on Xbox.

The loading times on X1 are REALLY long sometimes, besides that I had 0 problems with the game (so no crashes). :)

Thank you for the responses! Do you know if the long Xbox load time is universal, or just for some consoles? I usually don’t have a hard time with loading times on Xb.

buy it on Xbox live store get it for PC and XBOX one for the same price, simple, PLAY anywhere title.

Makes no sence getting it on steam if you have a xbox one aswell, the onyl reason would be to add it to your steam library but thats about it.

That's on the Win10 store only and Cuphead doesn't run properly on Win10.

I dont know where your getting your information that it doesnt run properly on windows 10 from but ive been playing through it on both Xbox and PC, anbd had no issues at all.

Stop spreading miss information, the Windows store one is basically the same as the steam one anyway.
