Mobile devices let you connect a bluetooth controller and play with that. And with the ridiculously good graphical capabilities of iOS devices you can hook it up to a TV and it's almost a console.

You can even get the full version of The Witness on iOS.

iOS is good, that's a fact.
But WAY too much work.

99% of this depends on Microsoft giving MDHR even an inch more than they were offered. They know that people want this on the PS4 and the Switch but Microsoft seems dead-set on making as much of the money off of this game as possible. That's what they did with one of the latest Tomb Raider games, waiting roughly a year before letting them even begin porting the game to Sony's home console. Cuphead's sold phenominally thus far, so chances are the game might make an appearance on other consoles sometime in 2018, hopefully before 2019. As for iOS/Android, that might be just a bit of a tall order but given the UI's really minimal in this game, it's not like a touchpad and a cluster of buttons would cover up terribly much if done right. The only issue might be they would have to shuffle some stuff around, which would require painting new backgrounds if they decide to create a little more negative space to put buttons or something.

Can I play on my Apple watch?

Why no Gameboy support?
As for Switch, I'm also hoping...no idea how Microsoft handles exclusive...ness...

But if that ever comes to an end, then it's possible. They've been real friendly with Nintendo lately...unlike Sony. (who is being a butt with cross-play, lol)

The game is available on both PC And Xbox; It is not an Xbox exclusive.
