I literally cannot beat Sugarland Shimmy in the last phase.

I have gotten to the last phase SO MANY TIMES.And it seams increadible easy with that very low health but I have no idea what to do.

Okay, I just tested it. 10-12 Charge Shots is a kill on her final phase on Expert (where she starts chasing you on her castle outright). Try it and see if you can land that many. If you can, and you're using your meter and stuff, and you don't have Hearts equipped that are lowering you damage, then you actually do have a problem. If you aren't landing that many hits or doing equivalent damage, then it's just a practice thing.

Oh god please tell me they know that they have to hit -her- to deal damage. The castle not registering hits/rewarding meter/flashing like other bosses has to be a dead give away.

Yeah I know I need to hit her.I try shooting her with my base finger gun (I don't have charge shot) and it's stuck dealing no damage at all.

Then verify whether or not you've fought 3 minions before she stays in that state. If you have, there's a 75% chance you're playing it on Simple (boo) and just not doing enough damage, because she doesn't go into her proper strategy in that state. 25% chance there's a problem.

If you're in Normal Mode and she's doing that rather than throwing her head at you, then you've got a file problem. Follow Pomikuza's advice and fix your system, then try again.

What weapons, charms, and supers do you have? Someone can verify how much needs to be dealt if we can know that much... But if you have any other Run-And-Gun levels available, go play them, get their money, go buy the Charge Shot, and ride it through the game because it's so good.

My chasers just usually try to hit the dudes that are running or the 4 shotgun clouds,it rarely locks on her.

there was a visual bug on the last stage (and for other bosses last stage) in which it shows you making no progress whatsoever. It's purely visual, and once you get the feel for the last stage you can just keep dealing damage (I reccommend saving a super to use on her) and you're bound to get a knockout sooner or later. Took me about 3 minutes from start to finish.

you just shoot and dodge.

parrying is very important at this point of the phase as there are mints that roll out of the castle that you can parry.

Use smoke, dash through the chasing enemies, parry the ball. Use chart shot or weapon switch meta if you want to be really scummy, my kill time on expert is 42 seconds so getting under 2 minutes for you is very attainable.

He was just using it to show how fast the boss can die. If he does it 42s on expert, then you should be able to do it in less than 2 min on regular easily.
