If you're on the edge of the screen, you can parry the cart itself to not move.
Also, most of the time, standing little off center of the cart will prevent you from taking damage from boss attack.
Move the cart to one of the corners. Hold your position on the left (if the cart is right and vice versa) and aim peashooters diagonally to destroy the pumpkins that come from the left before they reach the cart. You should be completely safe without moving or parrying.
It's possible to parry without getting hit if you're jumping directly above the 'wheel' or you could opt to duck. The bricks don't hit you when ducking.
Phase 2- Still make sure to parry the bricks to build super, the hands don't cover the entire sector so you can sit on the edges of the cart and be safe.
Phase 3- The laser super art can damage both heads at the same time. Otherwise, camp in the middle and move the the safe side of the lightning attack, parry the pink skulls when possible.
Phase 4- Stay in the middle, the fireballs are mostly easy, the bone rings should be always looked out for though.
