Death and Glitches

Aparently Im not the only one who passed through similar situations, I died sometimes both in run'n gun levels as well in boss fights between specific moments, and it seems to glitch the game when such thing happens..
but the most weird was in the clown boss on isle 2, where I died right as I gave him the last hit to change phases, but instead of the screen fading and the option for me to restart everything just kept going; I couldn't pause to quit or press anything, it just kept going without me, so only way for me to fix it was to close the game... anyone else found something similar?

yep fightng the blue blob. He klled me and he kept on jumping up and down

Yes on the first boss fight that was a flying level. Also I had a glitch when I tryed to full meter move the mini boss at the end of the 2nd run and gun level where I kept spinning in mid air and was stuck that way but with that I was able to pause and restart the level. Besides that game has been running real well.
