Best possible DPS for bosses
Alternate Lobber and Roundabout quickly. This'll basically double their fire rate, giving you about 60 dps. This lets you melt bosses so fast that you usually skip phases.

Works well in the plane as well.

If anyone has a higher dps combo, let me know.

DPS as in drops (bullets) per second, or damage per second?

I have already been trying it before you made this post. Helped out a lot trying to get A's on Rumor Honeybottoms and Sally...

Its funny on Matchstick. Sometimes you'll glitch him in P2 by skipping it, making him not do any attacks til you kill him.

I've actually seen a video on that, it's pretty strange once you do a knockout on him after doing the glitch. Currently trying to get an A on Cala Maria using the switching-weapons technique.

I found with her staying as close as possible without touching her head lets you not get petrified while doing obscene damage. eel phase is the only tricky part but thats what supers are for.

bump. Any of you having issues with bosses, if a boss lasts like 40 seconds and skips a phase, this should help out a lot.
