No
I can't really recall any game that has offline play that actually lets you transfer saves between consoles and PC

offline play? Doesn't Cuphead use Denuvo?

what does dmc have to do with your save game? Just because it uses Denuvo, that doesn't mean your save files get synced up to some servers that you can download onto a different platform.

is there a reason why you would want to do this? its not any different if you play it on pc or not

By Windows/Xbox you mean buying it from the Windows Store right, not for the Xbox One console? Your save files for Cuphead are located in
C:\Users\ [USERNAME] \AppData\Roaming\Cuphead. I'm not sure if Windows Store saves it somewhere else, but I assume not, which should mean your save files automatically transfer. If they save it somewhere else you just need to move those files there.

I probably should've elaborated. I own the game on steam, and want to play it on my friend's xbox without starting from scratch, fill in the blanks from there. I think Pomikuza undersood what I meant.

And again
No, most games aren't designed to move saves from PC to console, especially when those games have no online aspect/features.

Yeah sorry, you can't transfer save data from PC to Xbox, you'll have to start from scratch. It should take you less time to get back to where you've gotten though since you already have the patterns in your head.

No, it does not have that... thing... that punishes people who bought their game while pirates actually get to play offline no matter what.

What I meant was if it DID, wouldn't it be implicit there was some "online" component as you need to be online if did have it?

that doesn't make the game anymore online than tetris, and even aside from that, once again, Deuvo has nothing to do with your save files,so even if cuphead had it, it is irrelvant to your request.

Only the Microsoft Store version and Xbox One version can use the same save files as they both connect to the Xbox Live platform. That's one of the benefits of "Xbox Play Anywhere".
