If you're lucky, you can skip that phase entirely, because she won't start the transition until after she's done using her current attack.
I had no issue parrying the rotating triangles, but I killed her too fast and sometimes, she did the sphere attack and the missiles, which meant I could only parry the stuff from the cop.
Dude. I just discovered that you can parry the spheres too... what the heck. They won't disappear but count as a parry...
Anyway I'm trying to get A's on all the bosses aaaanddd guess where I'm stuck again? The damn bee.
Now I do the first part super fast, the second I take some damage and on the third phase I seem to be totally incapable of shooting downwards and moving at the same time, what the heck...
That works, so does aiming Charge shots downwards, since you don't have to hold it downwards.
Also, if you're fast and lucky enough, you can zerg her and kill her before she transforms or starts her powerful attacks in Phase 3.
It's the spook train that gets me.
The 3rd phase is just the fences and 2 different danmaku patterns.
