Game bright, then normal lightning

When im about to start a boss fight, level or spawn on world, the game keeps turning bright then it becomes it's normal lightning and detailed. And the screen glitches while on boss fights. Which are annoying. Please help me!

I dont know if you can see it..
UPDATE: It seems like the "flashing screen" is still happening a lot! ,
another update :( it also flashes when i open up the boss menu, like, its were you choose the difficulty of the boss.
And also when charger is plugged in, it does not have the "bright then detailed" problem, but i'll have to keep plugging in my charger which will bother me and overheat my laptop.

It seems like the screenshots are not capturing it...

First you gotta take it, the default key to take a steam screenshot is F12, if you think you've changed it check it your steam options, then you need to upload it to your steam Cloud, go to your screenshots library, select it and upload it and finally copy the url of the screenshot and simply paste it in the reply.
