If he's experiencing low fps in the nightly build, then this forum is the right one, not the bug report. I think...confusing this is.....
Nonsense, it's above the recommended specs of this game.
I've asked the devs before in another thread to tell us the expected fps on minimum and recommended specs, got no reply.
it's late and i'm tired, sorry for my bad response.
1. You don't have a dedicated graphics card. According to what I can find about yours, the graphics chip integrated in your CPU is supposed to be the equivalent of a HD 6450, which was a budget graphics card from four years ago and not meant for gaming even in that time. Integrated graphics are generally OK for light use - web browsing, multimedia, older games - but there's no way for them to stand up to the demands of current games.
2. Your integrated graphics card uses system RAM to operate, meaning that games have less RAM at their disposal than your hardware specs indicate.
3. Your CPU is extremely low-end. From what I hear, Satellite Reign is supposed to be heavily dependent on your CPU.
Is your Windows 8.1 the 64-bit version, or the 32-bit version?
Yes. Dust reduces the effectiveness of your cooling, and overheating CPUs reduce their core clocks to avoid destruction.
EDIT
The strangest thing, just after finishing this post (which I started to write during yet another freeze) game went perfectly again. Now I don't see any freezes or FPS drops. Weird...
