What do you think is the most useful piece of equipment that you've found so far ?

I think, the Atlas legs might be one of the most useful augmentations.

Equipping three of your team, Soldier, Support, Hacker, allows them to follow the Infiltrator through the high vents, giving your whole team a hugely increased level of mobility

things like the atlas legs and zip claws and cloaking devices, sometimes it nice to have the soldier cloak so he can hardwire something without being seen or to have the rest of your squad be able to follow infiltrater on zip lines or though vents, or have the hacker cloak just long enough to hack past a door or atm machine.

heh, for combinations of equipment, my Infiltrator currently has the Sprint legs, that allow infinite sprinting without using energy, the energy generator v2, a cloaking device v2, and a proxy hacker, allowing them to use the Hacker's skill to hack terminals.

They can run, cloaked, for huge distances, and hack anything they find.

This is what I usually go with my agents, more suited for stealth but can also stand against a fight.

Gear / Augs / Weapons

Soldier: Zip Claw, Medium Armor, Proxy Hacker, Stealth Generator, Shield. Firewall Protection, Iron Lung, Arm Nano Fibre, Atlas Legs. Pistol (Depends on who you are against. Ballastic - Wyrvens. Plasma - Uzy. Laser - Eternals. Drag has a mix) with silencer, main SMG / rifle with increased damage. Heavy weapon with increased damage.

Support: Zip Claw, Medium Armor, Stealth Generator, Shield, Proxy Hacker. FireWall Protection, Iron Lung, Strength arms (Allows them to twist poison valves), Atlas Legs. Pistol with silencer, main SMG / Rifle with damage.

Hacker: Zip Claw, Medium Armor, Stealth Generator, Shield, Drone. Firewall Protection, Energy Generator, Nano Fibre, Atlas Legs. Pistol with silencer, main SMG / rifle with damage.

Infiltrator: Medium Armor, Proxy Hacker, Shield Generator, Med Pack, Ammo Pack. Firewall Protection, Energy Generator, Nano Fibre, Sprint Legs. Pistol with silencer, sniper rifle with damage.

So all four of the people are able to use vents, and stealth to get past difficult things (Trust me, it's needed in the Grid and Business Districts). Able to assassinate anyone, hack just about anything and are able to stand up in a fight against anything.

Note : I like having massive shootouts and then bailling when it gets too much so these may not apply to everyone.

Bombstick for oneshot, cameras and unshielded enemies.
Machine Pistol is kindof OP over short range if target doesn't have cover (destroyed).
Laser cannon for destroying gates, walls and cover.
Silenced Sniper Rifle and ALT key.
Body health aug cos i need the extra health
EMP satchel charges or remote bombs.
