Repeated infiltrations

How often can I infiltrate stuff to steal cash?
Can I get more prototypes from facilities i've already been to?
When I infiltrate a bank again does the soldier blast the vault again?

You only get prototypes/blueprints the first time you infiltrate a facilities, unless there is a quest with a condition you missed the first time (like bribing/bringing a specific npc with you).
Banks slowly get a small amount of money over time. When you are near one, just do it. It's 'free' money that you can use in the black market.
I'm pretty sure the soldier can only blast the vault the first time but maybe that changed recently and I have not realized it yet. The infiltrator has a skill to get more money.

I redid a bank (the first one) after quite some time. Like usual I send in all operatives (to make sure I get all bonuses). the money wasn't great, probs 3k-4k in payout but the first bank didn't have a huge amount of cast if I remember (like 10k or so).

The other installations in downtown gave 1k-2k 2nd time with a 2/4 master thief infiltrator. Not tried rehitting other districts yet.

To get a good supply I cash I recommend getting access to the Grid and Industrial (and CBD) districts asap, hitting their banks and all ATMS. I have hit Grid, Downtown and Industrial banks and all their ATM's (lvl 5 hacking required) and I am on around 11.8 creds/sec (Approx. 700 per min) or so (need to check exact number) plus the large sums from the actual robbings.

It doesn't seem to be a function of time, but rather how many other vaults you've raided since the last time you did it. I've got a 4/4 Master Thief infiltrator that gets about $5,000 per vault even if I only did the vault five minutes ago, and I'm cycling through to hit another vault every minute or two. Payoff seems to increase with level.

Hate to necro this thread, but I am not getting the 140% siphon bonus for completing any of the other zones bank quests..
I got the 140% bonus for the first zone, but the industrial zone and CBD both tell me, (NOT AQUIRED), while I have already completed the quests.
I thought that once I got 12/12 of the atm's hacked, it would give it to me, but it appears to never.
DO you only get this bonus ONCE?

EDIT: Resolved. You take the hacker in the bank to get the 140% ACQUIRED (even if you have completed the quest). :)

You get it when the Hacker breaches the bank facility, regardless of number of ATMs hacked in that district. It says so in the mission description, doesn't it?

What it doesn't say is that you can bring in the Soldier at the same time to also get the cash from the vault, so many have assumed that you have to choose between extra cash and 140% cash from ATMs. But that's not the case.

Some facilities need specific agents to breach them in order to give the player a certain bonus result, so take care when reading mission descriptions and information you purchase.

EDIT: The mission description for the Security HQ in Eternals Private Military in the Grid district says that the Hacker should enter that facility, but that doesn't seem to have any extra effect.

Try revisiting the building from the tutorial, where the hacker was locked - I got 10+k from it in a late game ;p
