How to progress in Samora and Angeloak?

I'm clueless so asking for help here... this is one of the games that require you to jiggle back and forth between the island to get one fricking item but I'm stuck now and neither the useless wiki or google can help with a walkthrough. This is an obscure game it seems.

- Items I have: shovel, shovel blade, hook, throwing hook, paper hat, top hat, shark repellant, treasure detector, engagement ring

Islands:
- Cleared Tenerife (exited at Cologel.

- Nimue... did the first challenge at the museum.

- Somora... made it to the bridge in the caves but can't find any wind. Not sure what that achieves tho... no other possible exits to explore.

- AngelOak is the worst... can't get further up than the flower store which is locked. Can't find Doctor Bidu for medicine and can't do anything to help with the pipes. Too many locks, too many leafbeds i can't reach.

- Solfor... Lock Pick shwon on the map, can't get to, looks like I need a double-jump ability? Only door accessible requires a lockpick and the mountain is too high to jump, locking up the right side of the map indefinately.

- Jatko... ok, another impossible jump locking up the left side of the map indefinately. There's a shroom but it doesn't transform into a trampolin.

So, in Somora there's 'wind' in the bottom room to lower the bridge... found by complete accident. And in Solfor is a hidden chest with them lock pick kit in the ground. There's no crack tho. Random find as well.

For now, I'm good haha.
