Endgame wrap-up

Just have a couple missing items and a couple unfinished quests. Feel free to post your own endgame questions here and I'll see if I can help.

I'm missing the last house upgrade and the top-right hat. I haven't finished the sidequest with the spider that's caught a fly and I'm still missing some Jack locations.

The Jack locations I remember finding:
— AngelOak Island, top-left of the tree.
— Tenerife Island, can't miss him.
— Solfor Island, very top.
— Daunasal Island, on the rooftops.
— Tomba Island, above the save point.

The wiki says there are nine, but currently only lists Tenerife.

To the OP - did you try falling off the right side of the top of Somora Island? I think Jack might be there also.

Found another Jack location: Zwann Island, after passing through the animal village, the section with the reusable wind magic. He is on a high platform near the end.

That's 8 Jack's found. I'm thinking the last one is either on Poveglia or Jatko.

Found him! He was on Poveglia and practically in plain sight, just to the right of the lighthouse.

So a rough list of all Jack locations from Tenerife going east:
-Tenerife Island, can't miss him.
-Solfor Island, very top.
-Zwann Island, after passing through the animal village, the section with the reusable wind magic. He is on a high platform near the end.
-Boracay Island, in the animal village. Climb the platforms up and right from the entrance then drop down off the screen to the right and he is in a small cave.
-Daunasal Island, on the rooftops.
-Tomba Island, above the save point.
-Poveglia Island, on a platform to the right of the lighthouse.
-AngelOak Island, top-left of the tree.
-Somora Island, climb to the top and fall off the right side.

You mean the coin? Have you gone through the cave with the magic bottle, mushroom cap, and double jump. The whole cave changes when you have the bottle and double jump. I have the bolt numi, but for the life of me can't remember how I got it.

The lava area is complicated. I think one of the most involved puzzles in the game.

Enter the lava cave through the main first entrance, or the back third entrance. You know your into the right area when you have to use bubble to jump up on a platform to fight a flame guy.

Use the bottle and bubbles to take care of the guy.

Use the bomb to light the fire stick. Use the concrete block where the candle stick is. Hey water and jump up using the concrete block you just placed.

Fill up the beaker with water.

Break the block with the bomb.

Use concrete block again to cover the beaker.

Fill bottle with fire and shoot fire at the bottom of the water fillled concrete covered beaker. Steam comes out and spins the wheel. Vwala

How do i get through the mushroom cave? I ve got pretty much everything apart from the Golden cherry and two hats, The mushroom cap and the Adventurer hat and also the Widget (maybe it is what i require?) . I m at the part with the Mushroom asking water and the bubble machine which also requires water.
I can't seem to get the water from the bubble machine with the three bees to the other bubble machine (ceiling too high or too low, impossible jump).
I tried to bring water from outside with no results.
I tried to bring fire from outside (to smoke the big shroom) but the ceiling blocks the progression.
I tried to grab some fire from the candles in Psaul's house but they are too low.
I tried to get high on shroom in hope to discover some hidden blocks but found nothing.
I m sure the answer is simple but i just can't solve it.

On an other note, how do i get to the Jack cat on the rooftops in the city island?
I tried running and jumping but always ended up falling.
Same with Sprinting and jumping.
I can't upward dash to it or from the cloud beneath.
Is it just a really tight jump or theres another way to reach it?

the only thing I missing now is the Spider Venom... though I had killed a LOT of spiders and didn't get it yet - there is an specific spider be killed to get it??

I fianally managed to get it - after a couple of tries I got it from killing a red spider.

Oh, I figured it out. Theres a cave on the left side near the end that I completely forgot about full of killer plants. You have to solve a puzzle involving rolling a barrel to get it.

I can't figure out how to get to the temple on the city island, daunesel.

I can't figure out boracay island hidden treasure.

I can't figure out how to get the animal mask for the animal village on boracay island.

I can't figure out the hidden treasure on zwann island.

To get into the Daunesel (city) island temple, you'll have to go through the underground system beneath Boracay (jungle) island. Requires the shovel and the cannon.

You can get the animal mask after clearing the Poveglia (cemetary) island and speaking to a character.

The Zwann and Boracay treasure are tied with the access to the animal village.

I went into that multi colored cave like 10 times! I never thought for a second that that barrel at the end was a puzzle. Gosh.

So I don't know how to beat the last boss? Stand on the island jump off and hook him in the head? That's all I can come up with and I made it to the end of the islands and he's not dead.

I must have missed something. I am sure I got everything in the game. All numis, all scrolls, all gear, all hats, golden fruits, specimens and house upgrades. Still I finished the game at 99%. Is there something else still that needs to be done to get a full 100?

Optional side quests count towards percentage.
