Also, I'm having great difficultly getting a Swim Bladder because of the shark repellant. Any tips?
edit: Faloofle, the wiki lists the house upgrades and their locations:

I assume you have the Jukebox from your achievements, the Computer is in the worm burrow on Somora.
To get Jack, jump from the top-right side of the tree over to the left side. The screen will just shift then.
For fish bladders just kill piranhas in the ocean. It will float up (Torpedo upgrade required)
I remembered another Jack location: Boracay Island, in the animal village. Climb the platforms up and right from the entrance then drop down off the screen to the right and he is in a small cave.
First, getting the dive helmet. I assume it requires getting fire over to the ice to melt it to get down below, but it doesn't seem possible to get it over there.
Second, the lava area. I believe you need to activate the machine to get the water pumping so that you can access the higher parts of the island. Can't figure out how to activate it.
You need to find the Mushroom hat. Once you get that, wear it and just start sailing. (I sailed to the right of that island). I won't spoil the surprise but it's beautiful
There is an empty beaker in the first lava room. Using the magic bottle you have to put water in, then apply fire and bottle the steam produced. Then apply the steam to the nearby windmill blades to start the water pump.
I never found the arcade pass... seems like it would have been an easy to get, obvious item as the arcade is cheap and kind of pointless after you beat it. Anyone know where it's found?
edit: don't edit the question out of your post, genius. Now my answer has no context.
The question was: Where is the secret cave on Boracay Island containing the sprint boots?
You get it as part of completing the quest to break up the band.

EDIT: Nevermind, found it. For anyone curious, you have to complete the Fuzzy Pixels quest, which I didn't complete because I could never find the ticket.
