Shaft Splitter Gear

I wish the Axis Shifting Gears didn't terminate the original shaft! But since they do, can we get a splitter gear for the steam engine shafts? That way we can run multiple propellers off a single gearbox. Or we could split the propeller shafts instead; each one would still need its own reduction gear at the end, but maybe they could share upstream reduction gears to save some space.

I'm disappointed that so many steam gearbox parts require a plain shaft connection, and cannot directly connect to, say, reduction gears, axis shifting gears, sealed 2m propeller shafts, etc. do not work directly and require an extra plain shaft block to connect up properly, making our engines that much larger unnecessarily.

It would be great if these could turn into general purpose gears & rotors, maybe hook them up to the fuel engines also, use them for drive shafts for everything! Add differential gears for cars.
