In short, #DWG2 will play the second entry in the DWG playlist, #DWG[2] will make it twice as likely to play ANY dwg song. You can probably also do something like #DWG2[2] to make it twice as likely to play the second entry in the dwg playlist.
However again, the game has to register files after a restart, that can be done quickly through the modding tab (just press the restart game button in there).
I remember multiple tags per song does not work at all, and same tags will just confuse the game.
You can switch through the playing song by pressing the plus and minus buttons placed in your numpad by the way. And dont forget that adding songs to crafts will first require the game to register the file, and then require you to save a change on top of that blueprint to register the detail that it now uses that sound file. Finally, is this whole process tedious and boring? Well, this is Drom the Fepths afterall. :P
