Can i slow time while building and for testing purposes?

Is there any way to slow down time with a button or something? im trying out all the weapons in the game and would like to get to see my testing wall from the side before the weapon hits it.

You cant slow time, but if youre just firing at a wall, make a fixed weapon aiming at it and sit in a chair behind it, close enough to fire it.

Press TAB to get a free floating camera and move to the wall, then fire the weapon.

You should get a good view of the wall when the shell impacts

(This wont work with turreted weapons as the turret will try and face your camera direction)

The - and + was the first thing i tried.. nothing happened.

You need to hold - for several seconds.

It's not numpad minus and plus, if you thought so. Numpad plus plays the next piece of music though, btw.
