1) Does your plane just have ammo storage or is it also processing its own ammo?
2) How much engine power is used/available at full speed whilst reloading?
3) How many ammo barrels is it carrying, how many ammo processors and how many blocks long are the missiles?
4) Are all 10 missiles attached to the same missile controller? (not clear from your first post whether you split them onto different controllers on this plane or the previous one)
Assuming you are carrying enough ammo for a full reload, my gut feeling is that you dont have enough engine power to run the processors, or simply dont have enough ammo processors onboard.
How long are your missiles?
Are they all the same length, or two or more lengths used?
Is the bigger aircraft with more missiles using missiles of shorter/smaller size?
When the missiles stop reloading, does your ammo happen to have dropped below a certain point?
Secondary things that come to mind.
Time and ammo needed to reload a missile are based on the length of the missile, and each individual missile starts reloading the moment it is fired. So staggered fire will equally space our apparent reloading speed.
As already mentioned, Ammo Processors need power as mentioned above, but in campaign they also use materials (I think only metal)
From the description they sounded like something for the base -you used materials to build ammunition
