Am I able to spawn dummy clones of myself for the purpose of not feeling so lonely at sea? Like they did in the anime girl DLC video, just ones that stand around doing whatever. I don't need them to be functional in any way besides the occasional dance.

Animation block lets you do dlc models, as well as seemingly mod models, not sure if you need the dlc for it.
Mannequin is just a preset mannequin you can pose.
Mimic/decoration blocks might be able to do it minus the animations, though the mechanism's changed a few times so idk how they work atm.
