Question about magnetic boots.

So I've built a space station and I can't seem to engage my magnetic boots on it. Is there a key for that or is it an automatic thing that just doesn't work in space?

It's an automatic thing, but I belive you can manually control it with"\". You should be able to use it on a spacecraft, unless you manually turned it off and didn't turn it back on...

I tried using the \ but it acted strange. Didn't put me on the floor.

Perhaps the station was upside down.
