but, it looks like that the angle and , "avoid 90° angles" dont count ...
it looks like, the ruber had a lower radar signature , even with an 90° angle...
I have not tried setting detection to zero, but it might fix stealth. It might also make enemies sail away randomly as they have no target.
Which means it's easy for smaller ships to avoid them, not to mention the really big CRAM cannons have a huge reload time.
Unlike advanced cannon shells, it's actually somewhat feasible to shoot missiles out of the air, and you can distract IR missiles with countermeasures (firing flares up into the air). Granted, CIWS doesn't seem to always be that effective, but it can work.
I have decently sized cannons that get at least 4k range for my cruiser, it's not too bad, it's pretty good actually
