propellers say that they are reversed.
So for some reason , when i place propellers in my ships . some of them say that they are reverse while others say forward and i was wondering how to make them all say forward and why this issue occurs.

have you built the ship backwards or sideways?
its a pretty common mistake and tends to cause wierdness with props

Along with what the other person said, if the propeller force direction is something other than forwards, check to make sure that they are not set to something like turning, as that will cause them to change their force and force direction to help turn.
