are exajoules scary?

The LH tends to be extremely hard for newer players, but extremely easy for more experienced players, so if they are scary or not can vary a lot from person to person.

But the exajoule is one of their biggest and strongest craft, so you don't want to take it lightly either way.

Smoke is your best friend. there lasers can cut apart the thickest armors in seconds. Dont try using Shields to absorb. There dmg output will frag yer batteries and or kill your engine output. Only way to match shields to there lasers is with 200k engine power or better.

Building like they do. Long wide and low to let the water protect you also is a great tactic.

Id be lying if i said they were ugly, but they are just very cheesy it feels like.

Lightning hoods are pretty weak armored on all there craft. Small fast ECM missiles work wonders. try HESH or Shaped charge. There internals are densely packed highly needed stuff. You break 1 system it tends to effect the rest of the craft.

Twin guard hates Frags. All those thin supports spread about holding huge systems to the hull. The system dose not need to be very strong just hit alot of areas. Even the Titan. You can diss arm him... Literally... With med frag missiles. Vertical launch and rain frags onto him. It will break his elbows and rear gun supports. The repair tendrils will bring em back kinda fast unless you keep pressure on him. For that..... more missiles XD

Hesh seems far to slow to deal with some things from those Lighting boys. Also it can get very expensive trying to counter them

The Scarlet Dawn....... the dev's took there time with these critters... Heavy forward armor. redundant power supplies. Buried in armor high ROF railguns that can crack heavy armor thatch like its paper machete. I beat them easy with OP PAC's F there shields and 400k power output to disable with lasers. F there super heavy armor that they keep facing you till you remove each block. F there maneuverability and or Warping. PAC counters all of that. You just gotta get in around 3k meters to truly dig deep in there craft.

Have faith in your targeting systems. They can counter fire pretty good. The LH like to go very fast in a sweeping circle. Or charge straight at you. That makes it easy to hit with the games target prediction ability. I use almost always HESH. Even in Railguns. The effect of opening up huge holes inside targets just seems. Natural to me XD

Try a Piercing PAC. With the hoods you can make small ones that will deal hefty damage to them. There internal layouts are all in lines. Pierce into em and break some of there connectors youll see there performance drop real quick.

idk as far as the exajoule fight went i slapped some smoke on my thing and lost 10% health but killed it even though im 100k cheaper
