How do I load custom ships?

Alright, so I've been trying to load in a custom ship. I found on the work shop since I want a starter sort of boat in campain, but I don't know how to load it in I go to load vechial but there's no workshop folder.

First subscribe to the item in the workshop.

Then, in game: Main Menu > Content Tab > Download > (wait for the names to appear) > Select the item > on the new window click "download" > (wait a little) > Click on "save in disk as" > Save on the folders you want.

After that you can load it like other ships. Do remember that the Campaign has its own folder, so you might have to save in it or back track a little when loading it.
