I'm pretty sure nuclear artillery was a thing before we had proper missiles.
Something like this for a grossly over-simplified dirty bomb setup
Primer
fissile material (more for much bigger boom but considerably more radiation)
Depleted uranium pellets(optional, basically a better version of regular frag warhead. Generates a TON of rads.)
Fuel canister (optional, allows the firestorm to keep burning on metal, stone, lead, and heavy armor, and last much longer all around.)

tbh it would be a waste, imagine a lucky hit to one of your magazines and if you hit them you won't have that many resources to recover
Just a quick google search later:
M65 Atomic Cannon
M110 howitzer
M115 howitzer
M109 self-propelled gun
M114 towed howitzer
M198 towed howitzer
16 inch Mk7 (Iowa battleship guns)
All of those could fire nuclear ammunition, and that is just from the US.
Edit: Here are some russian arty pieces that can fire nuclear shells:
2S19 Msta-S
2S3 Acacia
2S5 Giatsint-S,
D-20
2A36 Giatsint-B,
2A65 Msta-B
S-23
2S7 Pion
2S4 Tulip
Funny bits of trivia: Fallout 3's Fatman, despite its name, is actually based on this weapon, which one can tell even by some of its design elements. Also, Wasteland 2's Desert Rangers' base features a fully functional version of it in its museum. Pressing the big red button on it leads to some very expected, unfortunate results.
