OK, but i have already messed with that slider and the ammo controller only has four block modules plus the controller for both my AA gun that works with both shells while my big gun doesnt work if either. If you have already said this and i dont understand, please explain in dumber terms.
Have seen it happen before but often a reload of the game was enough.
On 50cm cannons, you can fit at most 2 modules in a 1m loader. Hence why most people use longer loaders (3-6m, occasionally 8m) for that kind of calibre.
40cm can fit any 2 modules + 1 fuse in a 1m loader. 25cm can fit 4 modules.

Also shortened the barrels, because they were far longer than what a 1m/2m shell would ever need. And removed the muzzle-breaks, because the reduced muzzle-velocity usually hurts quite a bit more than recoil (and I think you still have some room for hydraulic absorbers). Also had to flip the 2m-loaders turret.
Also, are you by any chance using heresy-mode mouse-based build-mode? 'Cause the ammo and fortress turbines were placed quite weirdly.
And lastly, petitition to ban uploading designs for help without a chair.
