Depends on whether it's from the workshop, or whether you got the file directly.

If you got the .blueprint downloaded, save it to "C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\From The Depths\Player Profiles\YourNickname\Constructables".

If it's a workshop item you subscribed to, right hand side of FtD's main menu. Modding and stuff, vehicle workshop, download subscribtions.
