i already play this game since 2014, And i didnt get any transfer code, i already send report to the Costumer Service, but until now thrs no replays. Pleaseeeeee i dont wanna lose my account, its not only me, i hv 3 friends also who didint get their Transfer Code. please help

Try to use a VPN or another browser. That should solve your problem, hopefully.

kinda weird they changed where they are sending the transfer code. only learned from the discord for the game, or i would have never bothered to check

I kept checking my gmail for the code but it was in the aeria site all this time, good thing i didn't give up

i hope more people figure out where to look now

I myself can't log in with my newly made X-Legend account but I got the code

Edit: If you have ad blocker, whitelist the site or turn it off to log in & transfer
