what is afk fishing?

I was looking up how to get gold fast, and I saw "afk fishing." what is that?

You set your char to fish while you are afk....simple as that

how does that work, though? dont you have to stay at your computer to keep the little marker in the blue space?

Nah it works without pressing click fish icon when u got the fish, the character auto reels in the fish for you. You can catch grey and green fishes, but not Miracle Cubes and gold fishes

you need a strong fishing rod that can hook that gold fish without clicking while afk.simple as that.
