Refining

I am Lvl 19 on a quest called 'Lv18 The Mysteries of Refining' and the description word for word is:
Blend the materials given by Keith into Refining Core. After that refine it into Orange Quality Loot "Crab Spike of Angry Waves" and get it equipped on you.
Manufacture Loot "Crab Spike of Angry Waves", get it equipped on you then go meet Keith.

My objective says:
Equip Beefy Crab Claw

I forgot how to refine and I am stuck. There is also no recipe for Beefy Crab Claw. I need help! What do I do?

I cant do that quest as well, so i accepted it and left it there until level 65 since it cannot be abandoned

You have to go to the guy that gives you the quest and get into the Forgin interface. there, you must first buy 2 receipes: Crab Spike of Angry Waves and, if I'm not mistaken, Ocean Core (Something like that).
After buying those receipes, you must forge the Ocean core, for which you will have the materials, and then the Crab Spike of Angry Waves. Once forged, equip it and the quest is done.
Thta quest give quite the headache to many players the first time, happened to me too, so don't feel bad. Good luck. ^^

I can't find those in the recipes menu. Also, do you mean Deep Sea Core instead of Ocean Core?

First off you need to learn the recipe for deep sea core and beefy crab claw.
They should be under "new recipes" provided you haven't already learned them or this isn't your first character through that quest.
After that you need to go under armor refining core and craft the deep sea core.
Then you go to the trophy list and select the beefy crab claw.

(This part frustrated me a bit so it might be where you're stuck)
You have to DRAG the deep sea core and the crab claw to their respective boxes before you can craft it.
It's annoying as I don't recall having to do so on the bunnyhop ring created before nor do you do so when creating either of the cores, you simply press the materials and they put themselves in their respective box, but this one it didn't which lead me to believe I missed something and double and tripple checked before trying to just drag it.

Yes, I meant that core. ^^
And, as ヤンデレ said before me, you must look in the "New Recipes" option, where you can buy new recipes (Hence the name. XD) and then try to make it. If those recipes are not in the buying option, you must have them already. Just look around. if you still have problems, I would be happy to help ingame.

When i got the deep sea core, it went into my armor refining materials list and i can't drag it into the slot.

Nevermind, sorry, I didn't craft the deep sea core lol xD
I successfully created the beefy crab claw, thank you guys so much!
