Kingdom Quiz? How to?

I feel like I'm missing something incredibly obvious here...I see the announcement come up for this Kingdom Quiz event and it says click on the icon next to the minimap but there isn't anything new showing up? What am I missing here?

To enter the aura kingdom quiz you select the battlegrounds icon which is the two swords crossing, and then click on join to load onto the quiz map. There is also a layout of all the events and times that you can check to know when things will happen.
