Without costume my char are naked!!!

Armor gear have a skins in this game???????... i have full armomr set but my char are naked !!! pls help

That's normal. Costumes affect what you look like. Other than weapons, your actual equipment doesn't change the look of your character.

Yeah armor doesn't have an on-character model, only costumes and weapons. If you wanna change your look a bit, you can buy a few basic costumes from the npc's called 'grocers' for a bit of silver.
