What I can recommend is:
-> Duelist. Fast, additional DPS, gives interesting crit buffs with Snow Flower + P-Lightning.
[ ! ] Switch it out if you have a main duelist in your party because his damage-over-time

-> Katar. Fast, two additional gap closers, a self heal and a very interesting way to buff

-> Bard. Mainly for solo play or for parties without a main bard. Basically when heals
----- are missing and you gotta care for yourself.

Why it is interesting to lock the boss on spot with ice traps:
Step 1: Let guardian take aggro.
Step 2: Place ice trap and make the boss get stuck on it.
Step 3: Since guardian can maintain aggro even from distance via subs,
hit that guy with all ya got!
