Regarding missing characters.
I have seen some people having issues that there characters are gone.
It's not a problem on steam only, also wiht Aeria ignite users.
But there's hope if you think your character(s) are totally gone: Before every maintence Aeria makes a data backup. On that one are your characters safe.
Watching the Aura kingdom forums and shoutbox I have noticed that Chimera now seems fine. Probaly Phoenix will be fixed soon, have patience.
If you still got any questions, post them hire in place of making individual discussions of it.
Send a ticket could help, but there may be 3 days delay, sow contacting a GS/GM in game may be a better option.
Thanks for understanding, I'm not a GS/GM, but a normal player.

Update: Tested Chimera and you can play there with a character you already got on Chimera or create a new one

well i was playing and was on loading screen when loading screen was gone i got this message and game was shut Down

Was it on Chimera or Phoenix? This problem is now a issue GS are working on and they are trying hard, sow info is helpfull.

One of my characters is doing that as well. I'm just playing on another one until they fix it.
