About duelist.. you might want go aeria AK forum read some guide,
i know nothing about duelist, can't help you
In case you need gold for the stat resets, tell us here. I got some spare gold for such things.
About stats: I recommend going for CRIT + DEF.
High HP is not really beneficial unless you have so much of DEF that you can actually
start tanking things, which is unlikely for a duelist at your level.
EVA is a luxury stat that becomes good at level 65 and onwards. Don't go for that yet.
SPD is technically not necessary unless you pretend to be some kind of duelist tank,
which again isn't suited for you unless you hit like level 60 to unlock the weapon specialization,
which offers a survival path.
DMG is ok if you have a minimum of 60% CRIT UNBUFFED. Otherwise you should get DMG
from your weapons.
RULE OF THUMB:
thanks for the tip and yes i'm in Pheonix 1 but i always go tanking
For that, I recommend a mixture of CRIT and SPD + DEF. Having improved EVA is helpful too. However, that only really works if you are level 65 so you can get proper gear for that.
Offensive:
I recommend SPD to get your SPD around ~40% at lower lv, 50% if you want to cap auto attack SPD later on. Your DOT's will tick faster, in place of every 1 second they will tick every 0.8 second(this gives you 3~8 more ticks in 10/16 seconds).
After that put some points in CRIT, since CritDMG will be not so hard to get it fairly high at higher lv's. But if you got 60% without buffs, than go DMG(or more CRIT, if you want to, but you also have Purple lightning).
Defensive:
Tanky duelist....
Go try to get some EVA+2% stones if you want to cap EVA, but still want to be tanky. They will alow you to put some more points into DEF/HP. Make sure you use -ACC on enemies, because later on in mobs in dungeons will have some accuracy, wich counters your EVA, and you can't dodge red carpets with EVA.
Try to get around ~ 60%DEF atleast before you put points into HP at lv60.. Otherwise you would still be killed even if you got a high HP....
Get crafted orange gear for PvE, although some yellow sets(forget the names) will also work.
Get purple gear for Pvp, for +DMG% against players/-DMG% taken from players.
I already see lots of guy dying with 1 hit on Sky Tower, due to low HP and High DEF.
I went with HP rather than DEF, and can take a few hits on the Sky Tower higher levels, without being near dead, leave alone dying, unlike most guys with High DEF builds.
You guys ignore the fact that both DEF and CRIT are capped, aslong as I reach the CAP, I don't need to spend points on DEF and CRIT, while ignoring HP and DMG.
You can easielly cap both DEF and CRIT, without spending more than 15 points on each one.
And as level cap increases and better gear comes by, the easier will it get to cap both DEF and CRIT.
I wont deny, it takes time, dedication and luck. But in the end I'm still right, and it's totally worth it.
The level cap will probably grow, and more equips will come, it will get easier to reach the stats cap with proper gear.
In this types of games you have to think ahead, on Aura we can easielly reset the stats, that is true, but still. End game is end game, you'll want those orange/gold sets, even if it takes a year to get.
