Durability

So I've recently just got a weapon down to 0 durability and I have no idea where to go fix it. I reasd somewhere you just pay to have it repaired but...if it's an NPC I don't know where he/she is. Anyone mind helping?

I went to an armor selling NPC and at the bottom theres a button to repair your stuff, you can also do this at the weapon NPC.
