Daily quest resets

So I've been just afk using a training cube because i did all the quests i could (lvl 59 Tachi)
And then the daily field quests reset but the other daily quests like the fame quests didnt reset
I'm wondering if someone could tell me the reset time for the daily quests and fame quests
(Australian time zone if possible)

look up portskandia on the internet- they have timers for everything from guildhall eidolon spawn, to dungeon resets and daily resets. I haven't checked recently but they should be pretty accurate timers.

Though the regions only cover NA, Germany, and Brazil.
