Account Suspended
I played Aura Kingdom for 130 hours January 2015 and wanted to start again yesterday because a friend downloaded it. But when i tried to login i got an account blocked error. I checked my Aeria games mail and i got a mail that my Account has been suspended :

I send out a ticket yesterday with this mail and all the Info it asked but i just got a reply for more info i sent my Steam wallet AP purchase info and stuff but now im getting no reply !
Anyone has any experience ? will i get this acc back ?
