http can't connect. waiting retry download.version.txt .../

Has anyone else had an issue with the game not being able to load with the message "http can't connect. waiting retry download.version.txt .../"
If so, is there a fix? I have searched online and cannot seem to find anything.

Edit: Game has changed developers and need to download it from X-legends

It's because the game got transferred to another company. It's impossible to play the game through Steam nowadays. In fact, in my personal experience, it's impossible to play the game at all. I tried to get it via the new company's official website, but no matter what I did, I couldn't make an account and install the game. I also heard from other players that transferring your account is next to impossible because the new company doesn't listen or reply to your e-mails at all - the transfer isn't automated.
In saddens me to say this, but Aura Kingdom is officially dead.

You can try playing it through X-Legend, but you won't have your old save data, unless you transferred your account in 2023 (not that I was even able to). I've found out there are private servers these days, however, so you could give those a go.

I'm pretty sure that the service to transfer your account is no longer available. They should have deleted all of the data at this point.

How to play the game on steam? I have the solution
I have the solution
You have to download the game from the official website
of aura kingdom
https://www.x-legend.com/online/aurakingdom/

Once you download and run the game you must
enter the folder where you installed the game from the web
and copy the launcher.exe of the game and paste it in the folder where the aura kingdom folder of steam is located
and that's it

It seems that it has files from gamivo and aeria games and they are companies that have closed their doors at least aura kingdom
from now on you just click play and that's it :)
