Smh, did not get a code.
:100percent: no code.
No way of transfer, tried to get any response from the support portal where the FAQ puts you from x-legends website.

I found it in my inbox in my Aeria Games account. Idk if it's the same tho

EDIT: Idk if the aeria games I have and linked to this steam are the same. My AP count is the same tho so Im gonna assume it is.
Login to your aeriagames account and go to My Inbox. your transfer code should be there

EDIT 2: I can confirm you can transfer correctly. Log in with Steam on Aeria portal and go to your inbox to find the token. Good luck fellow Envoys

Thanks a lot, I've succesfully transfered now.

Though I got it yesterday, last time I checked there it was like a few days ago.

Are you talking email in the game itself or the messaging system on the Aeria website? I though they would send it through my IRL email.

fact is they really screwed over a lot of players who will not be able to get their accounts back now, as they took weeks to get codes out, and telling everyone to wait if they even responded to tickets at all, then changed where you get it from email to aeria site mail. i never got an email and would have never gotten a code unless i saw it mentioned in the discord. disgusting level of management and communication from everyone running it all

All transfer codes were sent by mails. Some users may not have received the transfer code for various reasons. The most common issues were:
• Users have blacklisted us
• Users did not have the correct email linked to their account and did not know on which email the code was sent
• The mail was received but was in the spam/promotion box
• The email provider have blocked our mail from reaching the user's box, flagging our mail as spam
• Users received the mail but confused it with a regular promotion email and deleted it

We do not have the exact reason why you, in particular, did not receive the mail. But due to recurring issues players had, we sent the code via the Aeria Inbox to help out all players in your situation.

The reply after I asked why they sent it through the aeria games website rather than the E-mail.

Neither of these options were true for my case.
But whatever, people had the entire January month to transfer.
I just noticed it hella late.

i mean, cool they sent it... but they didnt notify people it would be sent to another place in the end. at least i didnt see anywhere that they did if at all. just word of mouth between players
