EDIT: Idk if the aeria games I have and linked to this steam are the same. My AP count is the same tho so Im gonna assume it is.
Login to your aeriagames account and go to My Inbox. your transfer code should be there
EDIT 2: I can confirm you can transfer correctly. Log in with Steam on Aeria portal and go to your inbox to find the token. Good luck fellow Envoys

Thanks a lot, I've succesfully transfered now.
Though I got it yesterday, last time I checked there it was like a few days ago.
• Users have blacklisted us
• Users did not have the correct email linked to their account and did not know on which email the code was sent
• The mail was received but was in the spam/promotion box
• The email provider have blocked our mail from reaching the user's box, flagging our mail as spam
• Users received the mail but confused it with a regular promotion email and deleted it
We do not have the exact reason why you, in particular, did not receive the mail. But due to recurring issues players had, we sent the code via the Aeria Inbox to help out all players in your situation.

The reply after I asked why they sent it through the aeria games website rather than the E-mail.
Neither of these options were true for my case.
But whatever, people had the entire January month to transfer.
I just noticed it hella late.
From X-Legend FAQ under topic "Hot Issues"
"3. I didn’t finish the transfer progress before Feb. 15 2023, am I still able to do so?
