You don't meet the requirements

I ended up buying that level 85 booster card to be able to unlock the Guitar class early. I bought it, created a character, and logged in with it.... but i can't access ANY map except Port Skandia and Navea....it says i don't meet the requirements to enter that area. I get that main quests usually grant access, but i don't seem to have any main quests in Port Skandia to even allow me access into Helonia Coast....so wtf do i do?? I just wasted money to get a character and not even be able to use it?

Hello,

Try to talk to the NPC Analisa in Navea. You should have some quests available.
