Wizard Class | Criticals or raw damage?

So I want to do more damage... And I've heard from many people that it's better to upgrade your raw damage than your critical skill. I'm not entirely sure if that's true or not. I'm torn on which one to choose because the critical cap for Wizards is a 400%. Right now, my build is a speed-damage type (Wizard/Sorcerer Class).

If you really want to maximize your Wizard DPS, you need to balance things out. 400% CRIT DMG vs Bosses would be one of the most important things to get, but you also need a decent crit rate (I recommend above 65%). Your raw DMG can be boosted regardless of your CRIT DMG buffs. Lastly, you should also have a decent amount of Boss DMG.

To see where you can get your stats from:

Raw DMG - Fortify your weapon and accessories / trophies and use DMG enchant cards
Boss DMG - Use Sniper / Lordswrath + crafted weapons + 2% DMG secret stones
CRIT - Use crit sets like Sniper and Lordswrath and a crit accessory set + trophies
CRIT DMG - Sniper and Lordswrath set bonus, specific craft weapons, your class buff, fortify your Sniper / Lordswrath to +20 min. for more, grab at least 25% crit dmg from envoy path

If you got trouble with SPD, try to get hands on a CRIT-SPD set (lv80 orange) and try to get most of your points into DMG.

What I'm aiming for is to be able to do a lot of damage while being able to have the 50% speed for healing. I have a full sniper set, but I don't have very good Back Armor, Ring, and Necklace.

Right now, I'm trying to fortify my staff that's still +11.

So in what way should I redestribute my Envoy's Path and Stats while being able to maintain good speed for good recharge rate for healing. I'm as frail as a butterfly.

if you want a boost in SPD try to get Spider King's fangs set (gold acc 75), it's around 3k per piece, it is cheaper than getting Arcane Frost Set and give a lot SPD point (2%/pcs, around 450 point/pcs and 2702 point from set bonuses).

(O.O)' That price tag! I guess I'll be farming that dungeon then... I was planning on farming for the Reflection Set Recipes, but I think your suggestion is much better. Thank you so much!
