Can't get into the game!

For unknown reasons, I cannot get into the game. The _Launcher.exe loaded, and I press the "Start Game" button. I am stuck at the pop-up that came out later. HELP! (=w=*)9

I tried, but it doesn't work. The validating shows 20 failed to validate and will be acquired. I start back the program, and I am just reinstalling the program. After reinstalling, I press the "Start Game", the same problem happens. So, I re-validate again. Now it shows 15 failed to validate and will be acquired.
This is weird, since it should be acquired previously.

game data on steam is out of date, so don't validate via steam.
if there is any problem doing full scan on launcher will help
and the pop up after clicking start game is a login page, try to put Aeria login data.

I tried, but it still doesn't work. The main problem is that Internet Explorer can't load any webpage, whereas other browser can. I checked the internet to fix it, but it didn't work.

The Windows Update can't even check for update. I enable background information transfer service and windows update service, but I couldn't see any improvement.

Well I gave up solving this problem. Using too much time to do the bakup(2%/10mins), I realized that I never really have a decent fun time with this game( not having constant fps(14~20) due to old computer(windows 7)). So I will just uninstall this game since my Internet explorer can't seem to be fixed.
P.S. Having too much stuff to do backup, really tiring \(*=w=)/
