Website Not Secure/Navigation to Webpage was Cancelled

I've found some videos online talking about how to fix the latter issue by entering internet options and then clicking to use all TLS options. I did this but it seems like I'm missing some options that most people have? On top of this the webpage that usually tells news doesn't load, saying the Website isn't secure. I was playing this game just fine two days ago, but I think something with the newest Win 10 update must of broke things for me. Any suggestions would be lovely, thank you <3

The whole "website not secure" thing seems to have been fixed for me after clearing caches and cookies from my browsers, or just a coincidence, but worth a shot I reckon.
