Can't create a character

Around 10 years ago I played this a lot, and I decided to reinstall it and hop in for nostalgia, but I can't make a new character. On the character select screen, at the bottom where it has the Start, Delete, etc options, the Create option is darkened and won't let me click on it. I wanted to start a new character since it's been so long since I last played. :/ Any idea what's going on? I even deleted some of my old low level characters thinking that was the problem, but still can't create.

Welcome back to our game!

The game allows you to create 3 characters for free and if you want to create more characters you have to get the Character Slot Expansion Card item which is available with Loyalty Points.

Ah okay! I think that must've changed since I last played, it's been a very long time. lol Thank you so much for the response! ^-^

You need to change the resolution(scale fe- 100% not default 125%) in windows to be good to click on the buttons :)

This works for me a little awkward though but it works. I actually changed the resolution to 1600 x 900 for the game as well that works
