Server is too laggy

Why it's too slowly? I can't continue the game. Especially when I'm doing some quests.
When press accept or complete button, it taking so long. Sometimes that order just freezing.

I mean, I can't do anything. Only characters can move, but everything just stopped.
It's not my computer performance issue. Because there is no seriously frame rate drops.

This is too annoying to me. Of course my internet speed is fast.

There, is a lot of lag you can't finish a quest with out waiting for 10 mins or longer for the quest giver to even say anything.

if its consistent every day lag its probably your internet or regional location.

if i'm not mistaken the servers are located in germany.

but other than that the game is really poorly optimized and it can drop frames even on higher end pcs. i have more than twice stronger system specs than it requires and sometimes i can't even get 60 fps. it helps to turn off 'show players' near your minimap to reduce frame lag.

But most times 'Hide all players' function is does not helping when server is too much ping. Still server delay is too much.
I've checked every time my internet but it's always fine.
