quest bar messed up?

i made 3 char all of them on the right side show barly anything of the quest bar. cant read or click on it cant get by the tutorial mission... any suggestions?

You have the bar locked. Mine was like that also when I logged back in after a long break. Think it was in one of the settings but I can't remember.

Go to Journal > Click Quest Tracker on top-right.

mine has nothing to do with being unticked.. my quest shows up but it only shows a sliver ont reht op nothing else. barly enough to click on it.. this isusue iss till persistant

so on the right hand side on my bar it shows quests. but only a tiny sliver of the text nothing more
