how do i get fish tokens

Well I have 2 questions
1-how do I get fish tokens? I know I kill penguins but I just don't understand how and stuff
2-how do I get golden dragon points

you get gdp from dungeons. fish tokens i have no idea, try google.

Golden Dragon Points are in story dungeons, i think was like 70 or 75+ ones.

You can get fishing coins by selling materials and lures you get from orange and yellow fishes. If you mean Penguin Bandits Tokens, like Bandit Token, Small Tea Flower or Dagger you will get one after defeating corresponding Penguin Bandit type. One of them might appear when you successfully catch a green, orange or yellow fish.
You gain golden dragon points from defeating height level bosses in dungeons, yes, it is probably 75 level and above (don't remember exatly), you can exchange regular dragon points for golden in Adventure Encyclopedia.
There is also some special cases where you can get these, why wouldn't you use search next time?
