soul storm not working

hye .sory for my bad english i want ask.why my soul storm are not working even the bar are full .i alredy create new character also cant.....please help .tachi class

Since the latest patch, the skill got reworked. You can't hold the skills button. Instead, you can spam the skill. It also gives you extra 10% damage per hit with Soul Storm, stackable up to 5 times. Just spam the skill's button. You can also use the skill in between other skill for a better combo.

It's working as intended except that the animation when casting the skill isn't present (to be fixed in the next patch)

it works, you're just a potato. first gather souls with your tachi skills to refill your soul bar, then activate soul blade, then find a target and use soul storm while soul blade is active. (before while ago you could hold down soul storm to have it active all the time but now you will have to push it for each hit)
